Maison Perrier is situated in the Uptown/Garden District area. We are in a beautiful, quiet neighborhood with lovely homes on every corner. We are three blocks from the St. Charles Avenue - one of the most beautiful streets in New Orleans with its 100 year-old Oak trees and impressive mansions. The St. Charles Street Car line takes you on a quick ride to the French Quarter.

We are four blocks from Magazine Street with all its beautiful boutiques, eclectic shops, antique stores and restaurants. You can easily walk to Lafayette Cemetery #1 and take a guided tour or head uptown toward Audubon Park and have a picnic under the tree or visit the zoo - one of the best in the country.
